Warranty and Refund
Warranty
All orders are carefully examined before shipment and/or delivery.
At the time of delivery, it is necessary to inspect the Products to ensure that they have not been damaged during storage, shipment, transit, or delivery. Any claims must be submitted within 8 days from the date of delivery.
SBB Forklift is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or negligence from the content of the manual.
In case of failure to use the product, our Customer Support Department will inform you of the appropriate methods of dealing with your claim and advise you of your nearest approved service center.
SBB Forklift does not interfere with damages or failures caused by:
- Incorrect usage
- Error in Transportation
- Handling or maintenance
- Usage of non-genuine parts/accessories, or incorrect specifications
Refund and Returns
No returns are accepted unless an error has been made by SBB Forklift.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested within 8 days from the date of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Otherwise, even if an error has been by SBB Forklift, returns will not be accepted.
Custom Orders cannot be returned.
All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were received and documented. Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken or in any different condition than documented. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned. SBB Forklift is not responsible for product damages, property damage, or lost labor costs due to faulty usage.
Thoroughly inspect all products before usage as use will constitute acceptance. Used equipment is considered the property of the owner/user and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Order Cancelation
Orders canceled prior to shipping/delivery can be canceled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please email [email protected], including your Order ID (Order Number). Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (EST).
Once an order has been loaded and is en route to the shipping address, SBB Forklift will charge all applicable fees. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Any items returned without Return Authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
Order Refusal
DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT/DELIVERY. If your shipment arrives damaged, email our customer support center at [email protected] immediately for assistance.
If you refuse to accept an order, SBB Forklift will charge all applicable fees. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned without Return Authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
